Linktivity allows our consultants to share your desktop, seeing what you see, to more easily or quickly pinpoint and execute support incidents. This Web-based solution provides live assistance, on demand. In addition, sharing your desktop through Linktivity enables our consultants to access customer data for workstation installs, to perform upgrades, to enter new Registration Key Codes and more remotely.
Available Monday thru Friday. Support calls are processed through a web based Service Management Software, ALERT, that provides each customer with a unique support incident number. This process enables our help desk to expedite calls in a timely and efficient manner.
Provided at the customer location regarding site reviews, training, installations, go-live coaching and upgrades.
