• Offer is valid through each customer’s Microsoft Dynamics service plan renewal date or June 25, 2010, whichever is earlier.
• Discount can be applied to qualifying license purchase at the time of renewal through their partner.
• Discounts are based on consecutive years of Microsoft Dynamics Service plan enrollment. If a customer allow their service plan to lapse, discount will be based on most recent re enrollment dates.
• Qualifying license purchases includes Microsoft Dynamics ERP purchase of additional users, additional modules and license model transition to Business Ready Licensing.
