The 2009 U.S. Payroll Year-End Update for Microsoft Dynamics GP 9.0 is available for downloading.

Year-End Update Changes

• Country Code changes
• 1099-R Distribution code changes
• No form changes (W-2, W-3, 1099-R)

Installation

It is recommended to have a working backup, including your Reports.dic, Forms.dic, and Dynamics.vba before installing the U.S. 2009 Year-End Update.

There are two methods of downloading and installing the 2009 Year End Update – Automatic and Manual. Instructions for both methods are provided in our U.S. 2009 Year End Update (pdf – 839 KB) documentation guide.

It is important to verify that your environment is compatible with the service pack(s), hotfix(es), or download(s) being installed. A service pack, hotfix, or download may cause interoperability issues with customizations, and third-party products that work with your Microsoft Dynamics solution.
