The tremendous growth of the company facilitated pains in using their MAS 500 system with requirements of processing up to 1300 transactions per second and up to 11 million transactions per day. Perfect 10 users complained of usability issues, manual process workarounds for their existing ERP application, and frustration with the resulting functional limitations of customer service and sales force functionality. Once an unrelated interest, Perfect 10 was evaluating various Warehouse Management Systems and ultimately concluded that Manhattan Associates WMS offered the combination of the most sophisticated functionality and the promise of the tightest integration with Microsoft Dynamics AX.

InterDyn’s experience ensured a deep understanding of the business requirements and differentiated Dynamics AX from their existing environment including the operational benefits for financials, warehouse, returns, customer service, sales, IT, credit and collections, and buy-downs. Core Microsoft Dynamics AX financial modules, trade & logistics, enterprise portal, business analytics, and several third party modules were demonstrated to the internal stakeholders that participated in the software evaluation including more than 20 employees of Perfect 10, across nine departments. InterDyn also demonstrated the value of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) highlighting the planned interface with Dynamics AX and the strategic relationship that exists between InterDyn and Microsoft.

Perfect 10 is excited about the operational benefits that they anticipate for financials, warehouse, returns, customer service, sales, credit and collections and buy downs. According to Ann Dorsey of Perfect 10, Microsoft Dynamics AX was chosen over the alternatives because of Dynamics AX’s “Ease of customization, tiered technology, Microsoft product for Microsoft shop, and data mining.”
